I have just finished reading "A Complete Guide to Environmental Care in the 21st Century." As an author and consultant in the green field of work, I try to read everything related to green issues. I will rate this book as an average, it is a good book, but it does not stand out in many books on this subject.
The book highlights 10 key areas of the environmental field. The authors provide very useful information, such as the salary range, what the "day in life" is, and what educational pathways you should take to prepare for these practitioners. The book also provides some very good suggestions, including interviews and writing resumes and other things that can help you in the job search phase.
This book is a bit outdated because it was written 5 years ago. It's interesting to read predictions and trends, see where they are, and see where they are wrong. They seriously underestimated the growth of the green-collar industry and strictly touched the theme of alternative energy and sustainable energy.
Finally, I think the book is average and I will rate it as 6 out of 10 points. I wouldn't recommend it at all because it doesn't talk about what is relevant now. I suggest you find a book that focuses on the green collar industry or the evolving green employment movement.
