Choose the right 3D animation studio

Choosing the right animation company for your project will determine the success or failure of your marketing efforts! So... how do you make sure you choose the right one? Here are some honest suggestions on this topic:

Let me start by saying that some companies excel in certain types and other types of companies. Some - like mine - are mainly focused on animated ads, documentary broadcast animations, medical visualizations, character design and architectural visualization. Some companies specialize in special effects or architectural visualizations. The first thing you have to do is make sure you find the one that works best for you. Find a company with a broad portfolio or a company similar to yours. The first to ensure an experienced company, the second to make you convinced that they have done something similar before, and may provide you with the same service.

2. Ensure that the company uses more internal employees than freelancers. Many freelancers are unreliable and may disappear during difficult times. Companies have a lot of responsibility for their actions, but you waste your time and sometimes miss a good opportunity to showcase your presentation or marketing campaign. So even if you don't have to pay a lot for the project, you will fail.

3. Ask for milestones and deliverables. Learn what the company's pipeline looks like. Any animation company worthy of their salt can tell you that a pipeline and milestone delivery sounds logical and reasonable. 4. Find a company that can respond quickly to emails and calls. If the company takes a long time to recover mail and phone calls, they may be too busy to respond, unable to respond or unable to respond. Either way, you should move on and find the next supplier.

5. Find a company with a project manager or account manager. You want to communicate with marketers who understand your marketing needs, not animators who think of cool effects and animations.

6. After a brief introduction to your company's background information and the goals you want to achieve, understand the speed and initiative of the company's proposed solutions and quotations. Check if the quote makes sense, and the company can consider every service listed.

7. I don't recommend looking around for a quote, because to be honest, each animation company may charge different fees based on the employee's strength, reputation, port, whether it uses freelancers or perm employees, and work standards. It is similar to comparing the prices of different brands of cars. It is not fair in this regard. Try to choose which company can provide the products you need within your budget.

8. Finally, always work with companies that you feel comfortable with. Take your instinctive feelings. If you feel bad about the company, it means that you have no chemical reaction with the people there, and you probably won't enjoy the working relationship. This will affect the final product.
