Computer security - anti-virus, firewall and spyware probes are easily defeated by hackers

There are many ways to get into a computer system: adware, malware, viruses, Trojan horses, worms, rootkits, backdoors, open ports and backdoors are just some of the ways people enter data. I was surprised why your computer is so slow? I downloaded Netdetector just to find 20,000 viruses on my computer. There are several backdoors, Trojan horses, and even keyloggers. I called to find out how people keep their data safe just to discover that real security experts are only for large companies with 100 or more computers. So what can ordinary users do?

Reformat the hard disk

I can't get many items from my computer. I decided to reformat. So I backed up my data and reformatted the entire hard drive and completely updated the new version of Windows. My front door has Mcafee and the spyware has Netdetector. Within a few minutes of browsing with Internet Explorer, Netdetector found a rootkit and it was difficult to remove the Trojan horse program. Still, I lost so much valuable data from malware and I am looking for something better. Keylogger actually guarantees that no one can detect their software, so I know I have to do better than some packages.

IP address: How hackers use it

Once the hacker gets your IP address, they send the script to the virus database, which keeps looking for other viruses to download. Some viruses are undetectable because they run under the operating system. Almost every home user has some sort of malware on their computer. After entering the hacking loop, you cannot block them through McAfee, Norton or Symantec. Their entire career is to circumvent these plans.

What can you do to stop hackers?

There are solutions, but none is guaranteed. The combination of things will be the best.

Iron Key is a USB device that encrypts your data and web browser. Third parties will not be able to see what you are doing on the internet. However, malware can still be downloaded and compromised on your computer.

To stop malware, there is a program called Sandboxie. You can run the browser in the sandbox and any downloaded files will not be written to the operating system without your permission. This will put the rootkit in trouble. Rootkits basically hide other Trojan horses and viruses and are unable to detect the operating system. The combination of Iron Key and Sandboxie is a good combination. You should still use your firewall and spyware detector to double check your system.

Another option is to use bitlocker. It encrypts the entire hard drive. It is available from Microsoft, but you must be running Windows Vista Enterprise or Ultimate [black boxed version] to use it.

Other tools

To see how much garbage is on your computer, you can use two Microsoft programs: Autoruns and System Explorer. They can be found in System Internals. This page from Microsoft has a lot of great little programs to help you understand what your computer is doing. Autoruns is great because it shows the programs that are loaded at startup [hidden things].

Setting

Close Activity x while browsing and open all other security settings under Tools, Internet Options, Advanced, Security. Be sure to disable any type of scripting behavior. Browse your computer as a limited user [not an administrator] to help prevent unauthorized downloads.

After a clean installation, you will be surprised to find that your computer will be much faster. Blocking hackers is very difficult. If I buy a new computer, I will definitely get Iron Key so that hackers no longer find me.
