Street children are those who are hopeless, depressed and homeless. They live their lives desperately, without any special whereabouts here and there. They have no basic rights, such as food, shelter and clothes, in order to survive on earth. They manage their lives in some way according to the goodwill of the people. They live together. They lived aimlessly like a ship without a radar. Because they do not have a special sense of social identity, they do not contribute to education and health services.
Street children don't know anything about their future. They don't have any special work. They are usually located near slums, rivers, markets, train stations and airports. Sometimes they are found begging in town centres, sometimes asking for food or money in the name of God, or sometimes expressing their sad attitude towards physical disability. Under tragic conditions, they were found sleeping on the side of the road. They sometimes cry and go to the car to beg, if people are found to have a dim sum, they may give money. They do their best to survive somehow on Earth. Sometimes they happen to be walking around the street. Even if they didn't pass the zebra crossing, they didn't know the traffic rules. For this reason, they are often found to be seriously injured when people walk on the road. Many times they were found crying and shouting for the pain of their body organs. Law enforcement agencies sometimes pick them up on their vans and place their bodies in medical centers. Because street children do not have the ability to pay for doctors, doctors will ignore them. And don't take care of them by providing the necessary tools. These street children exude no children and orphans. In many cases, the original parents left them with enough resources to feed and raise them. Many people with religious beliefs may sometimes take them to an orphanage or any mission rehabilitation center. Here, street children grow up and grow up and are considered citizens of the country. This rarely happens. Most of the time, street children are helpless and have passed many uneasy lives. Sometimes they are found stealing goods from shops, markets and even people's homes. Sometimes they were found to hide the police, sometimes they were found arrested and sentenced to imprisonment. In this way, they spent a lifetime in prison. In real life, if they are worn by folks, they will be mentally and physically uncivilized. Even if they are found when they plagiarize or snatch a cell phone or watch, they will be worn by excited people and they will be beaten. Therefore, if they are found alive, they will be sent to the local police station to further prosecute plagiarism and theft. Their evening life is very heartbreaking because they can't sleep at night; they have to face rain and any natural disasters, and they can't get any means of survival.
Street children need rehabilitation because they may be seen as a national pillar for the future. In this regard, society and the government should come forward to provide the necessary methods and means to enable them to rise up in bright social days in a healthy social life. The government should work hard to solve these problems by providing food, shelter and clothes. Not only that, they should provide support for education and health care. The government can also develop plans to set up rehabilitation centers in different departments, regions and other high-level departments. A monitoring team should be established to determine the number of street children. Street children can be identified by assigning an index number. The centres should indicate their basic needs, such as food, shelter and clothing, and other needs such as education and health services; this will represent transactions in the Contracting States that will allocate funds for this purpose. Rehabilitation centres need logistical support so that street children can look up like other good citizens in the country. We are very happy that the children on the street are scattered here and there. Every time they are found to be involved in social unethical activities, people suffer mental torture and physical harm. Even the government can set up a refund center to modify the refunds in their lives. If we look around the world, we will find that countless colleges and rehabilitation centers are developing the psychological and physical development of street children. In these institutions, the shaping of children's character is a priority, and moral and academic research are equally important in every education. Our responsibility is to find street children and send them to a rehabilitation center where they will be better treated. Even if we can send them to an orphanage, where they provide food, shelter and clothing for children, provide better health and education. We should not be rude with them, but should be kind to them so that they can develop mentally and physically to improve their standard of living. Street children are experiencing a tragic life, which is a very regrettable thing. It is undeniable that money has been lost and nothing has been lost. Health lost and lost something. But the character is lost and everything is gone. We should treat street children as our children, so they should not be ignored under any circumstances. In our present society, we should emphasize that they shape moral qualities. Because of this fact, modern society is polluted by the lack of proper guidance from parents and the government.
