PVCS Golf Classic & Dinner/Auction
Pleasant Valley Christian School to Hold Golf Tournament Fundraiser in May

Camarillo, CA – April 14, 2016 – Pleasant Valley Christian School invites golfers

and dinner guests from the community to its 2016 Golf Classic, Dinner and

Auction. to be held on Monday, May 2, 2016 at the Spanish Hills Country Club in

Camarillo, California.

""The school relies on this tournament and other fundraisers throughout the year

to provide vital resources to the students and the staff," says Mike Holwick of

Holwick Constructors Inc.  "It is an honor and privilege to be a part of this great

event and to support the school and its mission." All proceeds from the

tournament, dinner and auction will go towards the school's climate control

system and athletic fields.

Tournament day check-in begins at 9:00 am, followed by golf contests and a

Helicopter Ball Drop at 10:30 am,. Shotgun scramble start is scheduled at 11:00

am. Dinner & auction begin at 5:30 pm. Golf fees are 0.00 per player and include continental breakfast, box

lunch, green fees, range balls, cart fees, goody bag, event T-shirt and dinner. Dinner only tickets are available for

.00 each and include a California buffet dinner and entrance to the silent and live auction. Childcare is

available and space is limited so reserve early. Registration and ticket purchases may be made at the school

Tournament and contest prizes include golf foursomes at premier local golf and country clubs, gift certificates and

original artwork for Longest Drive, Closest to the Pin and Putting contests, with a BMW sedan from Steve Thomas

BMW as the prize for a Hole in One on hole 11. The helicopter golf ball drop challenge adds excitement and

suspense to the day; numbered golf balls will drop from high in the sky, and the golf ball that lands closest to, or

in, the hole will win a cash prize. Golf ball tickets may be purchased for .00 each or 6 for .00 from PVCS

The silent and live auctions provide many desirable offerings including orthodontics, hotel and resort stays, dinner

certificates, salon, chiropractic and dermatological services, jewelry, designer sunglasses, musical instruments,

professional photography, golf and tennis lessons, concert and sports tickets, gift baskets and a variety of camps.
