'Logistics and Legalities of Stormwater Harvesting and Reuse' is a 1-day seminar providing participants with a tour of Blacktown Council's recently completed Angus Creek Stormwater Harvesting and Reuse Scheme and information from key government policy makers and practitioners regarding: Review of IPART Changes to Water Industry Corporation Act (WIC Act) Updates to the Australian Guidelines for Water Recycling: Managing Health and Environmental Risk 'Angus Creek Stormwater Harvesting and Reuse Scheme' at the Blacktown International Sportspark (BISP) (inlcuding tour of the scheme) Venue: Blacktown International Sportspark (BISP) (enter via GATE C) Travelling by car: Accessible by the M2, M4 and M7 Motorway networks (10 minute drive from Blacktown CBD) (plenty of free parking available onsite) Travelling by train: 15 minute walk from either Rooty Hill Railway Station or Doonside Railway Station, alternatively you can catch the 728 bus from Blacktown or Mt Druitt station Who should attend?: Those involved in the design, construction, establishment and/or management of stormwater harvesting and reuse schemes, including: stormwater engineers, designers, architects, civil and landscape staff and contractors, asset managers and compliance officers.
